Indie-Local Economy Summit

November 21, 2016 @ 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

What If We Crossed Social Circles & Silos to Light Up Local Indie Economy?

We see economics simply: It’s the way we go about making a living, making a life. Period. The best businesses have a social purpose, are supported locally all the way through — from start up, to finance, to suppliers, to customers, and … they are the soul song of those who start and maintain them. Rich with character and purpose they are close to home in every way possible.

If you would like to be part of cultivating an ecology of local economics as a financier, purchasing agent, current business owner, or someone with a dream to start one this is the conversation for you.

Registration is now open for the Peterborough Dialogues Local-Indie Economy Summit to be hosted in the evening of Monday, November 21st. Among members of the Calling Circle are Fred Irwin and Cheryl Lyon of Transition Town and Michael Skinner, Greater Peterborough Innovation Cluster president and CEO.
